What No One’s Telling You About “Egg Quality”

Egg quality isn’t static - it’s responsive. And more often than not, it’s misunderstood.

Yes, age matters. But so do your mitochondria, inflammation levels, sleep rhythms, stress signals, and mindset. Egg quality is a reflection of how your cells are functioning right now - and it can absolutely change. In my clinical and virtual work, I’ve seen women over 40 shift their egg quality within a matter of weeks.

But it's not with guesswork... it's with precise, evidence-informed changes that restore energy to the systems responsible for egg development.

Here’s what most fertility advice doesn’t consider:

  • Eggs begin maturing 90 days before ovulation

  • The quality of those eggs is impacted daily by mitochondrial function, inflammation, nutrition, blood flow, and mindset

  • Supplements alone won’t fix it - the body must be in a safe, supported state to prioritize reproductive health

Remember, fertility doesn't exist solely in your uterus. It’s about how your whole system is operating - physically, emotionally, energetically. When we address fertility through this lens, transformation is not just possible. It becomes predictable.
