Evening Fertility Tonic & Journaling Practice

Wind down each evening with this nourishing ritual that supports blood flow, emotional clarity, and hormone balance:

 

   Herbal Tonic:

  •    Warm almond or oat milk

  •    1 tsp maca powder

  •    A pinch of cinnamon

  •    Optional: dash of vanilla or raw honey

 

Sip slowly with intention. Then, spend 5–10 minutes journaling with this prompt:


          “What am I ready to release, and what am I ready to receive?”


This simple pairing grounds the body and calms the heart — two things the reproductive system depends on.
