Sacred Transitions

One of the most overlooked windows in the fertility journey is what happens between events - between work and home, between the end of the day and bedtime, between appointments and processing them.
This month, try adding a Transition Ritual:
- Light one single candle after sunset. No overhead lights.
- Place one hand on your belly, one on your chest. Close your eyes.
- Inhale for 4. Hold for 4. Exhale for 6. Repeat 6 times.
- Ask your body, “What do you need to feel safe tonight?”
This small moment recalibrates your nervous system and tells your body: It’s okay to rest now. That signal alone can start to shift your hormones.
